Currently we have two options in which you can stream our masses. You can either stream through our parishes Facebook page or the parishes YouTube Channel.

Basic troubleshooting:

Most of the issues we see are linked to sound through Facebook. There are a few things you need to check to ensure you have sound. The first and most obvious is make sure that whatever device you are using to stream the mass is not muted. Check your phone, tablet, laptop, pc, or tv volume first. Secondly, most people have disabled sound in the embeded videos on Facebook as a default. Make sure that the stream is showing that the sound is enabled.

This is a screenshot of the Facebook Live window. If you see an X next to the speaker the stream is muted. Adjust your sound there.
